Ekow Pierre and Nana Afua Pierre are a brother and sister storytelling duo. Both born in London, Ekow and Nana Afua moved to Ghana as children. Ekow studied and worked in the USA before moving back to Ghana with his family. Nana Afua studied in the UK, where she settled with her family.
Ekow writes under Taleseed Storyworks which he founded in 2017. He is also part of a writers' cooperative in Ghana.
Nana Afua writes and illustrates under Night Light Publications which she founded in 2017 with help from the Prince's Trust.
